Donald Chittick holds a Ph. D. in Physical chemistry from Oregon State University, and has taught at the University of Puget Sound and George Fox College. A contributor to several books and periodicals, he has lectured on the creation / evolution topic throughout the past two decades. As an inventor, he holds several patents and is active in the area of alternative fuels.
The Bible And Ancient Man / Technology: If man evolved up from an animal as evolutionism teaches, then ancient civilizations should be “primitive.” However, science/archaeology indicates that ancient cultures were technologically advanced, perhaps even rivaling or surpassing our own technical achievements.
The Bible And Dinosaurs: When did the dinosaurs live? What happened to the dinosaurs? Why don’t we have dinosaurs today—or do we?
Mike Riddle is the president of Christian Training and Development Services and currently travels around the country teaching and delivering seminars on the Biblical and scientific truths of creation. Mike has a degree in Mathematics, a graduate degree in Education, and has been involved in the creation ministry for 20 years.
Can You Defend What You Believe? This lecture challenges both the creationist and evolutionist in their ability to defend what they believe. It begins with an analysis of the Biblical foundation for creation and then demonstrates why evolution cannot be defended scientifically and must rely on faith. It shows how the layperson can successfully witness to an evolutionist by showing that evolution is without a foundation.
Michael Oard has a Masters Science degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington. He worked as a meteorologist/weather forecaster for the (US) National Weather Service, and has published several papers in his field in widely recognized journals on topics such as the world wide flood as a cause for the ice age and the mass extinction of the woolly mammoth.
Startling Evidence That Noah's Flood Really Happened: Geological evidence for Noah's Flood will be presented, mainly for the last stage of the Flood as the water retreated off the continents. The Flood has left some startling traces on the surface of the earth in the form of erosional remnants, continental shelves, large-scale planation surfaces, quartzite rocks transported by water hundreds of miles from their nearest source, water gaps, pediments, and submarine canyons. All these geomorphic features are very difficult, if not impossible, to explain by the "slow processes over millions of years" alternative model.
The Ice Age: Only the Bible Can Explain It: Evolutionary scientists claim there were many ice ages in earth history. Each ice age of the past supposed one million years is said to take 100,000 years. However, the development of an ice age, using the "present is the key to the past" philosophical belief of the evolutionists, is nearly impossible. A model of the ice age will be presented based on the climatic aftermath of the Genesis Flood. Based on heat budget equations of the ocean and atmosphere, the time for the Ice Age is only about 700 years. Furthermore, there was only one Ice Age in earth history.
Thomas Kindell is the founder and president of Reasons for Faith Ministries, dedicated to equipping Christian believers with evidence for their Biblical faith. For over 25 years he has lectured on the subjects of scientific creation and Biblical apologetics. He holds a Ph.D. in Theology from International Seminary and received training in scientific creationism at the Institute for Creation Research.
Scientific Evidences For A Young Earth: An examination of numerous physical processes in our galaxy, in our solar system, and on the earth that indicate that the Biblical age of the earth is correct.
Thermodynamic Arguments For Creation: This lecture describes why the second law of thermodynamics stands as an insurmountable barrier to a naturalistic origin of life. It also examines common evolutionists rebuttal arguments and demonstrates their utter bankruptcy.
